Terms & Conditions

1. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations provided by Chromaflake are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. Quotations are based on the specifications, quantities, and materials discussed at the time of inquiry. Changes to specifications after quotation may result in revised pricing.

2. Samples

Free samples are available for quality evaluation. The buyer covers courier costs (DHL or FedEx account number required). Sample provision does not constitute a binding order.

3. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, logos, and trademarks supplied by the buyer remain the sole intellectual property of the buyer. Chromaflake will not reproduce, distribute, or use your artwork for any purpose other than fulfilling your order. The buyer warrants that they have the legal right to use any artwork, logos, or designs submitted for production.

4. Order & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of deposit or as otherwise agreed in writing. Standard payment terms are T/T 30% deposit with order, 70% balance before shipment, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Production & Lead Times

Production lead times vary by order volume and are communicated at order confirmation. Estimated lead times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Chromaflake will communicate any delays promptly.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is arranged per the buyer's preference: sea freight, air freight, or express courier. Chromaflake is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, port congestion, or carrier service disruptions. Shipping costs, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Force Majeure

Chromaflake shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or transportation failures.

8. Limitation of Liability

Chromaflake's liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the total value of that order. In no event shall Chromaflake be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits or brand damage.

9. Changes to Terms

Chromaflake reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time of order confirmation applies to that order.
